Help with the quote-request app

How can we help?

Contact MPC Couriers on 0800 688 9002 or email info@mpccouriers.co.uk. Include your request reference when available. Please do not email passwords or account verification codes.

What happens after I send a request?

An accepted request shows a reference in the app. Our team reviews the details before confirming a price or booking and will contact you using the details you supplied. Please check your spam or junk folder. The app does not take payment or automatically confirm a booking.

My request did not send

Keep the request in the app and check your connection. Use the retry option for that request; avoid creating several fresh copies while its status is uncertain. If you still need help, contact MPC with the reference shown, if any, and the error message. Do not assume collection is arranged until MPC confirms the booking.

How do I use saved drafts?

Open the folder icon to view saved drafts. Select one to continue editing, or use its delete control to remove the saved copy. The original documents you chose are kept. Deleting a draft does not delete an already submitted request; contact MPC to discuss that request.

Which files can I attach?

The connected service accepts JPEG, PNG, WebP and PDF files: up to 10 files, 20 MiB each and 25 MiB in total. Choose clear, relevant photos and documents. Encrypted or password-protected PDFs and files that cannot be scanned may be held for safety. If an attachment cannot be used, contact MPC about another way to provide the information.

Dangerous goods or batteries

Give the details you know and select “Not sure” when appropriate. Provide relevant supporting documents if available. Submitting information does not confirm ADR compliance or acceptance for transport. Class 7 radioactive goods are not supported by this app's request process.

Correcting or withdrawing a request

Contact MPC and quote the request reference. A draft changed on your device does not update a request already sent. For questions about personal information, see the app privacy notice.
